PWITS Class B carries up to 14 years. The *Sentencing Council Guidelines* categorise offenders by 'Role' (Leading, Significant, Lesser) and 'Harm' (Weight).
A common battleground is 'Social Supply'—buying for friends on a non-profit basis. While technically supply, this falls into a much lower sentencing bracket. We advocate fiercely to place you in the lowest possible culpability bracket if an acquittal is not possible.
